Mark Bouw
FOUNDER & MANAGING CONSULTANT
Mark is trusted by his clients to provide a range of services as a qualified and experienced management consultant, company director, interim CEO and talent agent. His client base is spread across ASX listed companies, PE & VC backed enterprises, start ups, NFPs, family offices and talent within the fashion, sports and media industries.
He is a and member of the Institute of Public Accountants and, graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, University of Sydney Business School, and Deakin University.
Since 2016, he has been a visiting consultant at Stanford University's Graduate Business School Seed & Ignite programs, where he mentors and supports entrepreneurs and innovators.
Daniela Marini
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Daniela manages the financial health of the Mark Bouw Group. Her skills, experience and personal attributes ensure a strong attention to detail, coupled with a strategic mindset to ensure the long-term success of the organisation. On a daily basis, Daniela works with key partners and team members of Mark Bouw Group to ensure outcomes that are mutually beneficial.
Having had a strong, distinguished administration career within the Medical, Consumer and Technology markets, Daniela has business administration qualifications and a wealth of practical experience.
Rebecca Craggs
GROUP MANAGER - OPERATIONS
A strong business minded professional with a Bachelor of Business (Management) from RMIT University. Once graduated, Rebecca commenced work at Mark Bouw Group as an Associate where she began developing and utilising operational analytics to inform better business decisions across the firm.
Rebecca transitioned into the role of Operational Manager where her experience in interpersonal communications and business process optimisation skills have been utilised internally at MBG and for clients seeking operational services ranging from recruitment to human resources support.
Chloe Becerra
GROUP MANAGER - MARKETING & CREATIVE
Chloe is a seasoned professional deeply passionate about crafting compelling brand narratives and driving strategic marketing initiatives. With years of experience blending creative direction with business acumen, she has honed a versatile skill set encompassing marketing direction, brand strategy, client management and leadership.
Chloe holds a Bachelor’s degree in business with a Marketing Major from Monash University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design from RMIT University, which has equipped her with a profound understanding of both the strategic and creative aspects of marketing.
Chloe's collaborative nature, combined with her relentless drive for innovation, fuels her ability to forge strong client relationships, lead cross-functional teams and drive business growth.
Andrew Pittard
GROUP MANAGER - ACCOUNTING & TAXATION
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Degree from Federation University with major studies in Accounting and Law. He is a Certified Practising Accountant and lives in Melbourne. He has held senior financial roles with listed multinational corporations such as Fonterra, Gardner Denver and Honeywell. In addition, Andrew has undertaken public sector roles for the Australian Bureau of Statistics, Victorian Electoral Commission and Australian Electoral Commission.
Amongst the 30 years business experience, he acquired, managed and disposed of Refine Engineering, a precision engineering business servicing the Petrochemical and Construction industries. He currently consults in the area of Research and Development Tax Incentives; provides Virtual CFO and Company Secretarial services.
Gary Denson
MANAGING CONSULTANT
With over 40 years’ work experience, 25 across Greater Asia, in C-level executive management and sales and marketing roles within the insurance and financial services sector, Gary is a highly respected hands-on leader. His engaging style and results-driven focus has earned him and the companies he leads significant success across varying key metrics.
Gary has specific interests and experience in strategic alliances, data analytics, partnership relationship management, face-to-face and direct response sales and marketing channels, risk management and business process improvement. His forte is to transform companies seeking to modernise sales, marketing, operational processes and people management best-practices. Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions to renowned companies such as Cigna, AIG, and HISCOX UK.
Gary has a Degree in Marketing from Monash University and post-graduate studies at Harvard, INSEAD and Michigan University Business School.
Marcus Callahan
CONSULTANT
Marcus provides strategic advisory services tailored to the unique needs of family offices, non-profits, and social enterprises. He is particularly interested in the nexus of effective private wealth transfer, impact investing and venture philanthropy to sustain Australia’s third sector.
He has completed the AICD Company Directors Course and holds a PhD in Applied Science from Australian Catholic University, equipping him with sharp critical reasoning and a strong attention to detail. These skills enable him to effectively tackle the 'grand challenges' faced by the organisations he collaborates with.
Marcus offers practical solutions and insightful guidance to his clients, enabling them to achieve their strategic business objectives.
John Riley

John is a qualified CPA and financial advisor with over 25-years experience running a successful accountancy and tax practice.
John prides himself on providing his clients with outstanding service and going beyond the provision of tax compliance advice. He is passionate about working with business owners to meet their objectives and thinking outside the box.
In his professional career, John has worked with businesses, non-for-profits and individuals from all walks of life and brings a steady head and hand to all situations.
John holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), CPA and Diploma of Financial Planning.
Paul Montgomery
SENIOR ADVISOR (B.A & L.L.B; ANU)
Paul’s leadership extends beyond revenue growth. Paul has expertly transitioned businesses from the analogue age to the digital era and is now helping organisations shift with AI technologies that future-proof their operations and maintain a competitive edge. His capacity to provide clarity in complex business challenges gives teams a clear line of sight, enabling effective decision-making and strategic direction.
In his role as Managing Partner at Freehills in Melbourne, Paul was instrumental in elevating the firm’s market position from #12 to #1 in the competitive Melbourne commercial market, overseeing a team of over 80 partners. His strategic vision and leadership were equally impactful during his tenure as Board Chair at Wellways Australia, where he guided the organisation’s revenue growth from $12 million to an impressive $120 million, expanding operations across Victoria and New South Wales.
Paul also served as Chair of RDNS (now Bolton Clark), where he led the organisation through a remarkable transformation, increasing revenue from approximately $20 million to $150 million while expanding its footprint across several states and New Zealand. His ability to provide transitional leadership has been pivotal in futureproofing organisations like RDNS, Woolworths, and Freehills, ensuring they remain competitive in an ever-changing landscape.
